Fish & Fizz is a start-up premium, fine-casual, contemporary British Fish and Chip shop. Think of it as a hybrid of a fast casual and a chef driven restaurant. Fish & Fizz features counter service, a great British tradition, the iconic "Fish and Chips".
This is food with a story, food with tradition, Britain's favourite dish and certainly the most iconic, first served back in the 1860's. Some credit a northern chap named John Lees for selling fish and chips out of a wooden hut in Mosely market in industrial Lancashire, others claim the first 'fish n chip' shop was opened by a Jewish immigrant, Joseph Malin within the sound of Bow Bells in East London around 1860.

Fast forward to 2021, our cod is responsibly sourced and sustainably caught in the deepest coldest Atlantic waters. It is of the highest possible quality, served with fat chips, alongside classic chip shop treats, tartar sauce, curry sauce, mushy peas, pickled eggs, pickled onions, malt vinegar, English sea salt, etc.
We're bringing a bit of seaside to the city, without the seagulls!
