Dear Friends of Fish & Fizz,

 

Here we go…..

 

We’ve absolutely loved running ’Chip’ our food truck these past two years with our great crew, and you, our truly amazing guests! The goal was always to keep the Fish & Fizz brand alive, and with your unwavering support we have done just that! It’s been brilliant, it truly has. Thank you just doesn’t seem enough, your friendship has been overwhelming.

 

Time waits for no one, and after much consideration it’s time for me to make a move. There are loads of things I still want to do in the hospitality industry, and it’s time for me to focus on what’s next. After all, we all only get one go around in this world!

 

I will keep you posted on what’s next, and as always it’s not good bye, it’s see you later! 

 

While this chapter is ending the rest of the story is yet to be written…..
