Hey guys, we're back!
We’ve thoroughly enjoyed the last 15 years raising our kids in a little fishing village by the sea in Cornwall, South West England, an area known for its quality fish and chips; (while running a boutique hotel and restaurant!)
Many of you will remember us from our previous ventures here in Dallas: Barclays, The Restaurant in uptown Dallas and WorldService UK, our British food shop on Lower Greenville.
We’re excited to share our latest vision and story with you. We look forward seeing old friends and making new ones, come see us in Richardson!
Hey there, I'm Presley and I am the General Manager here at Fish & Fizz. I have been involved in this adventure from the beginning and am thrilled and honored to be assisting Nick and Kelli in this labor of love. Come and grab your own fish and chips and let us tell you our story. Sea you soon!
Watchya! I've provided Nick & Kelli creative guidance for design and branding after we originally met at their WorldService-UK British grocery shop on Greenville Avenue, Dallas, back in the 90s. I designed the branding for Barclays The Restaurant and their hotel, Barclay House in Cornwall. Today, that continues with Fish & Fizz. As an East Londoner myself, the partnership completes the circle for me as my mum worked in a fish & chip shop (a chippy) in Dagenham for over 20 years. I'll also be happy to wait a few tables, if needed.

Hi, I’m Chris (a fellow Brit). My wife Sheila and I have been great friends with Nick and Kelli for over 20 years. We have always talked about doing a Fish and Chip shop one day, which has evolved into Fish & Fizz! We are now investors in the project.
I’m an MS sufferer, born survivor, now retired. I spent my career in IT and I’m delighted to pass on my experience and advice. One of my hobbies, is
photography and I am very pleased some of my work in now on display at Fish & Fizz.
